Terms of service

By accessing and using Ezeo SEO ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Ezeo SEO provides AI-powered search engine optimization tools including:

• Multi-platform AI visibility tracking
• Content generation and optimization
• Competitor analysis
• Reporting and analytics
• Shopify content publishing and catalog SEO metadata changes that require your explicit review and approval

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• The Ezeo Shopify app offers a 7-day free trial on its paid plans; the trial is not a money-back guarantee
• Shopify app charges, renewals, plan changes, cancellation, and applicable refunds are managed through Shopify
• Ezeo Pro bought on ezeo.ai, and Ezeo Growth once our team has set it up with you, are billed by Stripe, monthly or annually, for one website per subscription. Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel
• Other non-Shopify Ezeo services may use a separate payment provider under the applicable order or services agreement
• Prices may change with advance notice as required

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ezeo SEO and its licensors.

You retain all rights to content you create using our Service.

In no event shall Ezeo SEO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past twelve months.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Shopify app subscriptions can be changed or cancelled from Shopify's hosted app-pricing controls. Ezeo Pro bought on ezeo.ai can be cancelled any time from Settings → Billing; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current trial or billing period, you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. Other Ezeo subscriptions can be cancelled through the applicable account or contract process.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
